Transfers from Bhuj to Rann Utsav, Dhordo on fixed timings:

No Complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings.

Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable).

The allotment of tents to guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability

The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo is 85 km (approx.), which takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Arrival at Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj:

12:30 PM Onwards: Welcome & Check-in
12:30 PM to 02:30 PM: Lunch at respective dining area
02:30 PM to 04:00 PM : Enjoy in-house activities like Adventure, Club House, Craft Market / Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Centre, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others
04:00 PM to 05:00 PM: High Tea
05:00 PM to 05:30 PM: Transfer to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunset. The mode of transfer will be through bus/camel cart/ both.
7:00 PM to 07:30 PM: Return to Rann Utsav, Dhordo
07:30 PM to 10:30 PM: Dinner at respective dining area
09:00 PM to 10:30 PM: Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at Cultural Activity Area

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM: Morning Tea
06:30 AM to 07:30 AM: Yoga Session at Activity Area
07:30 AM to 09:30 AM: Breakfast at respective Dining Area
09:30 AM: Check-out from Rann Utsav, Dhordo
11:30 AM to 2:00 PM: Complimentary sightseeing to Smritivan Bhuj (Earthquake Museum) For 2Hrs. (Approx) It will be closed on Monday.

90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
60% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days to the scheduled arrival date.
No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
In case of any date change ₹3000/- Per Tent + 18 % GST will be changed, in addition to rate difference charges if any.
Booking can be made/processed under one main guest’s name, and that guest should be travelling. In the absence of the named guest, name change charges of ₹1500+18% (GST) will be applicable.
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
GST shall be charged as per applicable.
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
