- Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings (from Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj): 08:15, 10:00, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30.
- Fixed drop-off timings from Dhordo to Bhuj (Railway Station / Airport): 05:30 & 09:30.
- The above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 90% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- In case of any change in check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
- In case the existing room category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST shall be charged as applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

No. Package rates are per person on twin sharing basis and exclusive of applicable GST. Final rates depend on your dates, tent category and availability.
Why are some dates more expensive?
Full-moon nights (22–25 Nov, 21–24 Dec 2026, 20–23 Jan and 18–21 Feb 2027), Diwali (8–14 Nov 2026) and the Christmas to New Year week (18 Dec 2026–2 Jan 2027) have higher rates and sell out first, so book these dates early. See the Rann of Kutch festival and full moon dates for 2026-27.
What is included in the Rann Utsav packages?
Tent stay on twin sharing basis, all meals as per the itinerary, AC coach transfers between Bhuj and Dhordo at fixed timings, cultural programmes, on-site activities and sightseeing as per the package.

What is the cancellation policy?
90% refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 60% refund if cancelled 15 to 29 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival. A change of check-in date costs 10% of the booking amount and a change of guest name costs 5%.
