1. Where is Rann Utsav?

The location of Rann Utsav Is in Dhordo village, it is about 85 km from Bhuj city near to the white Rann.

2. Is the White Rann permit included in the Rann Utsav package?
Yes. With a Rann Utsav Tent City package, the White Rann visits (sunset and sunrise points) are part of the package sightseeing, so you do not need to arrange a separate permit for them. If you visit the White Rann on your own, or stay at a property whose package does not include sightseeing, you need an online entry permit from the Gujarat government permit portal.
3. What is included in the Rann Utsav package?

The Rann Utsav package includes transportation in AC bus on SIC basis from Bhuj to Bhuj with all meal and sightseeing depends on type of package you select. For more details, click on Package and Tariff.

4. What is your refund policy?
  • 90% refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
  • 60% refund if cancelled 15 to 29 days before arrival.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.
  • Change of check-in date: 10% of the booking amount. Change of guest name: 5% of the booking amount.

5. Is a wheelchair available for specially-abled guests or senior citizens at Rann Utsav Tent City?
Yes, we do have wheelchair available on request and all areas of Rann utsav tent city are accessible for the specially-abled person and Senior Citizen.
6. Is parking available for private vehicles?
Yes, we have parking facility available outside the Rann Utsav Tent City.
7. Is lunch available for late check-in?
Yes, lunch is available for late check-in, you have to inform the reception about your late check-in time.
8. Is there accommodation for drivers at Rann Utsav Tent City?
Yes, dormitories and meal facilities are available for drivers with nominal charges that can be pay at reception.
9. How do I reach Rann Utsav?

To reach Rann Utsav you have to book any package by us. In that package, we are providing transportation facility from the Bhuj railway station and Bhuj Airport. To reaching Bhuj you will get Train, flight and private bus services. for more details, click on How to reach Rann utsav.
