Transfers & Check-in

Check-in time: 12:30 PM
Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings (from Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj): 08:15, 10:00, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30.
Fixed drop-off timings from Dhordo to Bhuj (Railway Station / Airport): 05:30 & 09:30.

The above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change.
No Complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings.
Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable).
Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability.
The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo, is approximately 85 km and takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Seats are subject to availability and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

DAY 1 – Arrival at Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj

12:30 onwards: Warm welcome and check-in
12:30 – 14:30: Enjoy a delicious lunch at the respective dining area
14:30 – 16:30: Leisure time / Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch Craft and many others.
16:00 – 17:00: High tea at the respective dining area
17:00 – 17:30: Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience
19:00 – 19:30: Return to Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo
19:30 – 22:00: Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area
21:00 – 22:30: Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

DAY 2

06:00 – 06:30: Morning tea
06:30 – 07:30: Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated area
07:30 – 09:30: Breakfast at the respective dining area
09:30: Check out from Rann Utsav Tent City with happy memories
10:00: Bus will depart for Bhuj
11:30 – 14:00: Complimentary visit to Swaminarayan Temple and Kutch Museum (Kutch Museum remains closed every Wednesday)

90% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
In case of any change in check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
In case the existing room category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
GST shall be charged as applicable.
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
